Employee Support Team Member Arlinda Metoyer answers an employee’s question about direct deposit. The Employee Support Team answers employees’ questions Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. CST.

Employee Support Team Member Arlinda Metoyer spends a lot of her time on the phone. “We receive about 18-25 calls per day just through the 1-800 line,” Metoyer said. “We also receive calls at our personal extensions from employees who need information.”

The Company created the Employee Support Team to enhance the level of customer service provided to all employees. Metoyer said she gives her callers her undivided attention and, if she can’t help the people who call her, she’ll find someone who can.

“That’s what makes my job so worthwhile,” she said, “helping a person on the other end of the line, whether it’s an employee or a customer, and he or she is appreciative of my efforts.”
